Tournaments around the world!

As we enter 2011, we have already had some information about the future of our favorite board game. I'm sure we'll have more information soon on the video game. But until then, there is nothing like a few workouts to perfect your game tactics. Even better, if you have the courage and the ability to travel, going to a friendly match or tournament is the best way forward, see the last France championship.

Here is a summary of the various tournaments around the world during the first quarter of the year. Feel free to visit the tournament page to find out if such an event is being organized in your home country. Remember that by participating in this type of meeting or event, in addition to competing against and meeting other players, you'll earn Golden Targans, with which you can purchase the League goodies.


USA - South Carolina, Columbia
from January 14 to 16: The 1st South Carolina Open will be held during the SCARAB game convention. There are many prizes to win. If you are interested, please access the tournament page or the forum or contact Geoff Heintzelman at heintzelman@alumni.duke.edu.


Germany: Cologne
February 14, 2011, The second tournament in Cologne in the store Brave New World , come face the implacable German full frontal forces on the V1 core game and Prison, with the Disciple and the Merciless One joining in . The tournament begins at 11 am. Participation is free, goodies are given to all participants as well as a coupon for the winner. for all players.


Belgium:

26 February 2011 - a friendly match as a friendly tournament . Players can compete on the format of their choice. The goal is to have fun. The meetings start at 10:30, but if you're late, it's no big deal, you will be equally well received. All information is at the link above.


In France:
- Chartres: January 23, 2011. Participate in League of Chartres, organized by Waly, a happy member of Gargouilles Ludiques . As usual, you will be pleasantly greeted in the Abbey of Saint Brice de Chartres (Room D3). A tournament format with Prison and the Disciple, to begin a perfect introduction to this type of encounter. Follow the link for more information on their league.

- Avignon: 29 or 30 January, a small tournament is organized by the Southern twisters. See the forum for more information.

- Cannes: the Cannes Open on the 26th or February 27th, 2010 at the Palais des Festivals during the Cannes games festival. Chris Boelinger and Hydravision will be on hand to help you discover the newest aspect of Dungeon Twister. The format will be based on the game of Prison and / or the basic set of V1. - Lyon: March 6, 2011, local tournament to get ready for the 2nd Open de Lyon. Play will use Prison, Paladins & Dragons expansion, the Disciple and the Merciless One. Hostilities begin at 11am. For all practical information, you can also see this page .

- Mons Baroeuil: March 12, the second Open Lille is back. It will begin at 11 am and will use the basic game Prison. This Open will take place during the LudiNors, a convention that will last all weekend. Sign up in the forum.


- Chartres: March 13, 2011. Participate in League of Chartres, organized by Waly, a happy member of Gargouilles Ludiques . Some players are passionate about the game and want to create a community in their city or region. They are beginning to feel they need to organize tournaments and meets. Remain vigilant -- La Rochelle, Clermont-Ferrand, Avignon are looking for players at their meetings.
