* Magic users can use scrolls.

Magic users are:
   * the Wizard,
   * the Illusionist,
   * the Telekineticist,
   * the Prophet,
   * the Necromancer,
   * the Druid,
   * the Enchantress Elf,
   * the Ice Witch.
